Our training program is tailored meet each horses individual needs. We use some Natural Horsemanship ground work that helps to build the trust needed to further the training. We use in hand work to teach proper body coordinations that prepare the horse for mounted work. We do not use artifical aids such as martingales, draw reins or side reins that create spinal torsion that can lead to long term soundness issues. Lesson offered in dressage through second level and emphasis is on the riders seat and spinal alignment. Riders learn to communicate with their mount through sublties of the spine. This promotes comfort for both horse and rider. The goal is to form a partnership built on trust and knowledge. All lessons and training is offered at a discount for boarders.
